Softball In Schools

What is Sporting Schools?

Sporting Schools is a $100 million Australian Government initiative designed to help schools to increase children’s participation in sport, and to connect children with community sport.

In partnership with more than 30 National Sporting Organisations (NSO), Sporting Schools will help to coordinate sporting organisations, coaches, and teachers to deliver sport before, during and after school hours. The programs are underpinned by the quality assurance provided by the NSOs, and the programs are free to families.

What does Softball ACT offer?

Softball ACT has coaches ready to come to your school or local grounds to deliver the softball program directly to your students. Our standard options below require no teacher input aside from supervision, and are delivered at a fraction of the cost of some other sporting codes and programs. We have also created a “Teacher Delivered” option available; email karthik.rajan@softball.org.au for more information if you are interested in this model.
